Reservation
This contract is registered to a named person and is not transferable.
The reservation becomes definite after the deposit has been cashed and the reservation confirmed by camping Le Paradis.
Costs are as follows:
Lodging: 25 % of the total holiday amount + reservation costs + cancellation guarantee 15 € per week rent (optional
For a pitch on the campsite: 25 % of the total holiday amount + reservation costs + cancellation guarantee 10 € (optional)
The reservation is carried out, as much as possible, in accordance with the wishes of the client and the capabilities of the campsite.
Arrival – Departure
On the day of arrival the owner of the campsite will decide upon the definite pitch or lodging and will do his utmost to respect the wishes of the camper.
The client commits himself to follow the internal rules of the campsite (shown at the entrance of the campsite)
The pitch is ready for the client as of 1 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
The lodging is ready for the client as of 3 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
If you leave earlier than the reserved date, the deposit will not be deducted from the total amount of your stay.
If you cancel, arrive later or depart earlier, camping Le Paradis reserves the right to rent out the pitch again without any reimbursement or compensation.
Late arrival
For a pitch on the campsite, invoicing will start on the first day of the reservation. As of the foreseen day of arrival, a pitch will be kept free for 24 hours. After that delay, we will re use the pitch. Costs and deposit will not be refunded.
In case of late arrival, the camper is strictly obliged to inform the campsite.
Cancellation and Cancellation Guarantee
In case of cancellation of the pitch of lodging, only a written (fax, email post) confirmation is notified.
Cancellation guarantee is optional. It covers the reimbursement of funds paid and effectively collected by the campsite in case of cancellation, in accordance with the conditions of the initial reservation contract, excluding processing charges and cancellation guarantee.
If you do not subscribe to cancellation insurance when booking a pitch or lodging, your deposit will not be refunded and reservation costs will be kept by Le Paradis.
If you take out this cancellation guarantee, the reimbursement of your down payment is guaranteed, excluding processing charges and the cancellation guarantee fee, if you must leave the accommodation before the anticipated expiration date, the reimbursement of your down payment is guaranteed on a pro rata temporis basis, excluding the processing charges, housecleaning and cancellation guarantee fees.
If you take on cancellation guarantee, your deposit will be reimbursed but reservation costs will be kept by Le Paradis.
Price of this service is 10 € for a pitch on the campsite and 15 € per week of lodging.
The text of the insurance policy is at your disposal at the reception or on demanding.
Payment
For a pitch on the campsite: the remaining amount of the holiday has to be paid on the day of arrival.
For lodging: the holiday has to be settled 30 days before arrival date, without any reminder.
If the payment has not been settled, the lodging will be considered as cancelled and the paid deposit will be kept by camping Le Paradis.
If you reserve within 30 days before arrival, the total amount of the holiday has to be paid.
Prices
Any ulterior modification of the applicable VAT rate which occurs between the establishment of the tariffs and the invoicing for the stay will result in a corresponding modification of the tax-inclusive price, which the client accepts without reserve.
Rental regulations for lodging
From the end of June until the end of August rentals take place from Saturday till Saturday.
For a stay of less than 4 nights during low, mid and medium season a supplement of 2 € per night will be added.
Pets are accepted with a supplement of 2 € per night.
When hiring a mobile home, a guarantee of 60 € cash will be asked upon arrival which will be refunded on departure if everything is ok.
Complaints
Although camping le Paradis will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, it can’t be held responsible for any exterior events that will reduce or cancel your stay.
Animals
Pets have to be kept on a lead, be tattooed and vaccinated. The vaccination passport is an obligation and has to be up to date.
Visitors
Must be authorised; their host is responsible for them and they have to present themselves at the reception desk upon arrival and if necessary pay a fee of 2 € per person.
